My Figma Education Plan was renewed in September , and everything was working normally. However, today my plan suddenly changed to the Free plan even though the renewal date has not ended yet.
i have contacted sheer id they said contact Figma so here I am.
What do I do ?
The institution says it’s a Figma problem.
Okay, can you write it to support@figma.com with the screenshot of the problem. Generally it happens when your license expired. If it is an individual Student license then it might be possible you have shared multiple external edit access to individuals which could be the reason Figma has changed it to free account. Please check with Figma Support.
