I am unable to access the feature of AI in my designs. Is it not available to all?

Am unable to open my existing Projects on Figma and I can’t even create new ones, please what should I do?

my organization just tranistion from Figma to figma.gov All of a sudden all my Figma files are not pulling in the fonts. They are enabled/active in fontbook, installed on my desktop. I’m using the chrome browser and still Figma agent is not reading the fonts? Any suggestions?

Hi everyone, We have designed our sales deck in Figma. Since each Frame consists of many shapes and vector graphics, it would simply not make sense to directly export the Frames as PDFs. Aside from that, the direct PDF export has issues rendering fades and other styles in the PDFs making a direct export unsuitable. Below I share on our approach and thinking, but as this is very complicated, I would love to get your recommendations on how to set it up in the most-effective way. To us, it is also important that we have a small file size and still high resolution. Transforming all graphics and backgrounds to png for each of the slides would be the perfect solution, but is simply too time-consuming to deal with. Approach: Export all Frames as PNG with high resolution (I chose 3x) Convert all PNGs to PDFs using any tool of your choice, e.g. png2pdf.com Apply OCR to PDFs, e.g. with PDF durchsuchbar machen. I accidentally deleted a team in my Figma account, which contains important files. Unfortunately, I did not receive any confirmation email regarding the deletion. Could you please help me restore the deleted team and the associated files? Additionally, could you resend the confirmation email related to this deletion? I have created a video component that initially show play button in middle and upon clicking on it the pause button appears which slides to the bottom corner of the video while playing the video simultaneously. When the video completes it goes to the initial state of the icon which is play button… For this I’ve set the delay as per the length of the video But the problem I’m currently facing is that, if the user pause the video in between and then play it the delay timer does not work properly. It only happens on some occasions (for example, when editing comments). If the accent mark is used (for me, the Spanish accent mark, meaning this symbol “á é í ó ú”), the text cursor moves to the end of the text, and the user continues typing from there without realizing it. They must manually reposition the cursor (and delete the extra text they unintentionally wrote). It is annoying. It’s not serious, but it should work correctly.

We’ve encountered an issue where fetch requests made from our plugin to our API are setting the Origin header to null , therefore our API calls from our Figma plugin to our servers are failing with CORS error and its blocking us from adding important features to our plugin. Has anyone ever encountered issues with Figma where components aren’t updating across different files? Despite making changes in the master component, the updates aren’t reflected in other instances. What to do now??

Is there any way that you can change trajectory of smart animate animation? Lately I’ve noticed when I’m working, the hand cursor will get stuck; I will be trying to move an object but the hand cursor won’t go away. If I click a layer or a tool or anything in the ui, the cursor behaves normally again. It’s weird and seems like a bug. Figma 96.4 on MacOS 11.2.3

I have a file with components library and bunch of applied variables to them. When I importing this file into another I have an issue - size-type variables does not show up in design mode. But it exists in dev mode. Colors and text variables it’s not the case. Examples

I want to make masking group with an outline object below an instance of a frame with gradient fill in it. If i try to put them in a masking group, nothing happens, they don’t form any masking group. And it doesn’t reflect on the canvas also. See the image below with masking applied.

When I make a component with two objects, I apply Absolute Positioning to one of the objects. When I try to move the object with the mouse, the object removes itself from the component and becomes its own object. The only way I can get it to work is use the arrow keys to position the object. Any ideas?

Hi. There’s a bug in the new UI3 variant properties popup box bug, at first it works normal: and then suddenly it’s like this: I can’t even accurately drag the variant I’m changing position. if you wanna do this, at least have the entire thing draggable and as long as i click hold it instead of trying to click the tiny icon on the left. I’ve tried dragging the entire thing but the function is to modifying the value only just like it’s click function.

Hi. Is there a way to (smart) animate content with ‘scroll to’ function set into a conditional or not? I can switch between contents but without smart animate motion. Is there a way to do it or is it a bug? Thanks.
