How do I hide content when it gets pass a frame while prototyping?

I am trying to recreate the feed of the threads (web). But I am having this trouble. I tried using clip content. It might be due to lack of expertise in the feature, I can’t figure out the solution.

Can’t tell what your problem is from the screenshot. Can you explain further?
