Hello, I didn’t see anything about this in my search. I’ve been using the comments on Figma for a while now, and suddenly today I can’t respond to someone on my team who commented on files she edited. Is there a reason why it suddenly says “comments editor unvailable” all of a sudden? It won’t let me type a reply to her comment like I was able to do before. It also wont let me create a comment, whereas I was able to do so before. Can someone let me know whats happening, and how to fix it? Thank you

Could you please send an email to our Product Support Team at support@figma.com using the same email associated with your Figma account? If you have any screenshots or recordings of this error message “comments editor unavailable”, feel free to include them too.
Hi Sofia, thanks so much for your reply. It turns out that refreshing the page actually solved the issue! I was able to comment again after I refreshed the page. If it happens again and I cant resolve it, I will send the email to the team with screenshots. Thank you
Have the same problem since two days
Have the same issue as of yesterday. I thought it was because I was working from a slow wifi connection, but it continues today. Is it from recent upgrades?
Just an update. I realized it was just in one file that commenting had suddenly stopped working in. Others I already had open we working. So I closed it down and opened it again – and now it’s working.
