Hi guys, has anyone encountered this weird bug in Figma? Basically, each frame kind of shakes before animating to the next frame in Figma (if I keep it ‘fit to screen’ prototype). But if I keep ‘Actual Size’ then I won’t be able to show the whole frame on the screen as it’s portrait. It’s so annoying. I have created tons of animation and now I can’t present it properly because of this shakiness!!! Any help would be great. Thanks.

Hi guys, What is the reason my prototype video doesn’t play on different devices? The video is in MP4 format and is of the proper size. I have a Xiaomi 11, and it plays perfectly on it in Chrome. However, the same prototype doesn’t start the video on the Sony Xperia 10 in Chrome; it starts in Mozilla, but there it is broken and distorted. Please, help!

I found that when adding comments in the canvas by looking at the DOM structure, the input box structure is the same as draft-js. However, draft-js has been archived and is no longer maintained for two years. Why not replace it? I’m curious if there is a reason?

I have a canvas set at auto-layout with Hug Content (this makes it easy to add elements without re adjusting the canvas height) but I cannot set fixed scrolling within the child elements ex: status bar and fixed buttons. Is this something not yet available in Figma — I don’t want to set child elements to absolute positioning because it will lose the structure I have set at the “Canvas/Artboard” level…

Hi! I somehow ended up with this quote styling in a FigJam Post-it note (through some keyboard shortcut) and I can’t recreate it or find anywhere online/in Figma that mentions the existence of this shortcut/capability. Does anyone know what keyboard shortcut results in this styling? Thanks!

There seems to be an issue when using D3D9 to preview prototypes, all my frames seem to adjust to a side or scatter sometimes. I’ve tried using D3D11 and OpenGL fixes but that just makes it very slow. I hope this issue gets fixed in later updates

This has been requested multiple times and I think it’s fairly obvious why; sending prototyping information in the response for a file’s structure would enable developers to create far more dynamic and interactive applications. transitionNodeID, transitionDuration, and transitionEasing are really not enough in the majority of cases where people need a representation of a node’s prototyping information. I am working with a client that generates customized Word Documents for their customers after filling out a survey. I created a mockup using the “Letter” frame and sent it over to the developers along with a text style guide. When the first report was compiled using the exact same font files and sizes I used in Figma, they take up way more space in the document in Word. Does anybody know where the issue might lie and how to go about converting the font sizes correctly?

Hi, I have a large selection of icons, each have varying colour and size. When Figma creates the variants for me, it adds it to auto layout. I’m wondering how I can make each row have the same icons in it. At the moment I can’t seem to find a artay to make it so tha icons are all lined up. I.e everything should be a house to begin with here. I’ve tried: Using min-width Duplicating the icon set, but this intefers with variants. Any help appreciated.

I am using Figma board for my work and I was happy with the product. When I had to start working on UI (with no prior experience or understanding), I thought I will look through Figma videos and see if I can use. I jumped to YouTube and noticed the AI feature, which will be very helpful for people like and I bought the subscription for Figma. It is so unfortunate that I was not provided with the features which were marketed heavily on all the websites. Now, I have no access to the features and after reading through the forum, I understood it’s not rolled out yet to everybody. I feel I was cheated with the content online and would like to withdraw from the subscription.

There is a locked topic “Installed Fonts not working in Figma Desktop App”. However, suggested solutions (restart, etc.) are not the real ones. I came across the same problem and, in my case, the solution was just stupidly simple: When selecting the font in the Properties, you also have to specify the font variant in the field below the font name. Even though the font has just one variant. Otherwise, it won’t work. Once both are selected, it works like a charm.

The light blue color of the prototype lines are difficult to see on the grey background. I can’t find a way to change either the app background color or the line color. I’m not confident that there’s enough contrast to meet WCAG standard, and my old eyes definitely object either way. Am I missing a way to adjust the line color?

Hi everyone, First time I post a message on this forum and before to post it I tried to search a solution to my problem without success yet. I search a plugin to replace multiple / mixed text styles « in a selection » like we can change natively in Figma color styles : Above you can see on the right panel « Selection colors » where I can change easily all the color styles « in the selection ». It would be very useful if I could do the same with the text styles. Someone know a plugin which can do that ? Similayer or Style Organiser can not do what I want because it search in all the page not only on my selection. Like I said, I search a plugin which can do the same native function that the « Selection colors » on the right panel of my screen capture. Hope someone can help me. Hi, Does anyone know how to remove FigJam from a paid plan? I’ve looked everywhere and can’t seem to find it. I’m worried about pressing the wrong button and being charged for something I don’t want. It shouldn’t be this difficult to find and amend; it feels like it’s buried somewhere. Thanks

Okay so here’s i attached the screenshot I don’t know whether this is a bug or not(?) but anyway this annoying me, the 2 other were stay in place while this isn’t The step to reproduce is easy Create the parent frame and set overflow to vertical Inside the parent frame add 3 children that and set the overflow to horizontal (1 of 3) and leave the rest with no scrolling Inside all the children frame, add one sub-children named anything (mine is header and row), once set then change the header position to sticky View on prototype and there you go Any solution?

Hi, I am new to design and also to Figma. I saw some YouTube videos and the capability of the AI features and bought Figma to create a UI for my work. Unfortunately, after paying I dint have access to “First draft” and other AI features under my actions. My actions abt also looks different from the one I saw in YouTube. Please help me understand how tot take this forward and if I have to change some settings.

I am trying to switch the team ownership from my current email to my new email. I have made my new email a “member”, but still not seeing how to change ownership. None of the instructions on this page align with what I’m seeing in my admin. Yes, I’m logged in as the owner. Yes, it is a paid account (professional team). No, I’m not a student. Hi everyone! I’m working on formatting my thesis in Figma and want to share a prototype link with others, but I’d like to control certain display settings to improve the viewing experience. Specifically, I want to make sure that the “Enable Figma shortcuts” setting is disabled by default for anyone who accesses the link. Is there a way to enforce or preset this setting for all viewers, so they don’t have to manually disable it themselves? I haven’t found an option to do this, and any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
