I appreciate you sharing the screenshot. It looks like you duplicated a community file and moved it into one of your projects.
To delete that file, please follow these steps:
- Open the file browser.
- Navigate to the project where you moved the file from community.
- Right-click on the thumbnail of the file.
- Select “Move to trash”.
- If you haven’t changed the file name, it should be named something like “Material 3 Design Kit (Community)”.

I’ve already deleted the files, but they’re still in the library. And when you create a new file, it automatically sets up the library. I have it because it’s impossible to erase it completely, but I feel terrible about the Figma.
You can turn it off for all files in team here
