I am having trouble with my hi-fid prototype. The flow begins with a couple of frames for the splash page. When I view it in presentation mode it works fine. However, when I link it on my Behance project, it skips the entire splash presentation. Help!

Hello, now I’m using Figma professional plan but I didn’t see the UI3 and Figma AI feature. How to use these features and what is the wrong. Please help me if you have any ideas about this. These features are available or not When this feature are released What can I do for using these features Thanks in advance.

I have a library with defined variables - primitives and tokens. None of them is “hidden”, but when I import the library to a design file I see only a part of the primitives, but none of the tokens. It says they are hidden but they are not. Any idea? Thanks! 🙏

We need to include some features in Figma. Mouse move to increase or decrease the font size. Something like “Strock size” Font size Move the Tools bar (Bottom to top/left/right) and Hide Tools bar. Tools Thanks

Hi, I’m trying to figure out how to copy and paste an element from one page to another or from a different Figma document. I’ve tried Command + C / V but this has no effect. There is also no option under File > Edit. I’ve tried using Figma on both Chrome and Safari browsers so far. Thanks

Hey! This should be so basic but I can’t find the answer. This is our master component: A section with width set to fill, height set to hug. Inside there is a frame set to width fill and height set to hug. Inside of this there is a placeholder image with width set to fill, height set to fixed. In my instance, I want to replace the placeholder image. I copy-paste the fill layer of my new image over to the placeholder image layer in the instance, and hide the placeholder fill layer. I set the new image fill layer to “fit”. Problem - I can’t figure out how to make the frame around the image snap to the new fill layer? It’s still huging the size of the old placeholder fill layer, even if delete it. Nothing I change in the master seems to make any difference. And when I pull the new image layer with the new fill out of the instance, it has actually changed size to be the same size as the old placeholder image layer!? When I went back to Figma this morning and searched for some old files, they were completely gone from my work, and those files were owned by only me, no other members. They wouldn’t just show up in the recent as well as in the drafts or trash. I have no idea where those files went. Please help me find those files, as those files are very important to me.

Hello, I am a designer using Figma. When using the Eyedropper tool, the Color Picker shows RGB values like 255, 255, 255. Is there a way to set it to display HEX values, such as #ffffff, instead?

I’ve been trying to run research sessions (moderated and unmoderated) and I’ve tested a link multiple times with everything working. Then, later, the link just pulls up a blank screen with a count of 0/0 screens. This is delaying our results, making the researchers uncomfortable in front of our test users, and costing us on our testing platform. I’ve seen this topic here before with no answer. My only solution seems to be generating a new link, but that is not a solution, just a workaround. This looks like a bug. My file name, location, and number of pages were not changed. The only thing that was changed was other flows that were unrelated to the one with the tested prototype. Thoughts on that?

I created an autolayout and I’m placing one layer on top of the other, so I hope that the layer is in front of this one. That’s not what’s happening. Even when I select the Bring to front option, it moves my layer below the other one. Anyone else having this problem?

We have developed a plugin called “Dualite” for Figma and want to publish it, but when I try to publish, I get an error saying, “We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to publish this plugin. Please resolve at the earliest. Our major critical update is due.

I have a lof of drafts. Today I duplicated a draft and it says after the copy and it goes into edit mode: You don’t have access to this file. If I try to move it, it shows that it’s not located in DRAFTS at all, but in “Another user’s folder” and I can’t duplicate, edit or do anything. So did Figma turn off unlimited drafts now? This would be a pretty weird way to do it?

I’m wanting to import a 3D model I downloaded from SketchFab into my Figma Prototype. I’m using anima to embed the code into my Figma project. But, Anima really just generates the code snippet, and I want to preview it as a part of my Figma prototype. Anyone know how to do this? Here is a video explaining my question: Vidyard

This just started happening. When I go to the Figma home tab, it never loads, nor does it show an indication that it’s trying to load. Reloading the tab, restarting: nothing helps. Internet is fine, and design tabs that I have open load fine So, no access to any of my files, except (thankfully) open design tabs. Using Figma Mac client, no updates available. Here’s what I see:
