Urgent Assistance Needed with Missing Files

I was previously subscribed to the Education Plan. However, when I attempted to renew my subscription, the process failed. Following this, I noticed that my files were affected. While I managed to fix the permissions, I discovered that some files are missing and cannot be found in either the drafts section or the trash.
