Minha biblioteca de componentes fica solicitando para atualizar nos arquivos uma atualização não feita, ja conferi no componente pai se o erro estava em alguma camada mas não Sempre que publico ele adiciona um contorno que não existe no componente fonte, alguém sabe como resolver?

I have opened a “.deck” file in my Figma Mac app. Now I want to install the “Pitchdeck Presentation Studio” plugin to the Mac app because I heard it enables export to other formats. Question 1: How can I install this plugin to the Mac app? Question 2: After having it installed, how to open and export the “.deck” file to other formats? Thank you all for your crowd wisdom!

Hi all, Need some help with the age old problem of Sofia Pro not showing the correct font weight when the Inspect panel is open. In this example, semibold has been applied but in the Inspect panel it shows as font-weight:400; for all weights.  It’s causing additional back and forth between developers when reviewing components while they are technically following the designs and the information in Figma… except it’s the wrong font weight :( I have seen some other threads that have been opened in the past but was wondering if someone had a newer solution to fix this.  Are my only options to solve this problem still: Ask developers to refer to the name ‘H6/D Semi Bold’ for the right font weight?  Edit the metadata? Thanks in advance!   

I know how to create a standard button in Figma where you use a stroke around the text to make it expandable, but I'm having trouble with a custom shape button. Specifically, I want to create a button using a custom shape (like an ellipse) that will resize based on the text length.I want the text and button to expand together, so the button adjusts automatically if the text changes or is longer. Is there a way to achieve this with Auto Layout, or is there a better approach for this kind of dynamic resizing with custom shapes?Any help would be greatly appreciated!Image 1 is my buttonImage 2 is what currently happens if the text is longer  than the button 

Hey guys, does anyone know of a plug-in or Figma feature in which I can create say 50 frames all with the same dimensions in bulk from a list? I need them to all have a unique name for export (which is provided in the list) and I need them to all be created with their corresponding frame name, but manually making them one by one is slowing down my process and human error is causing some mistakes.

is there anyone have probleme with undo after i update Figma th shortcut ctrl z not working ,is there any solution for that ?

Would anyone feels the same bout the dev mode pricing that is 35$ in an enterprise plan where you can have more than 75% of the available features useless when you have an operable design system? @figma What would it cost to simply have the inspect working? Frustrated about your direction. Hope massively people will not adopt it.

I’m very new to Figma, so I don’t know a lot about it yet. I tried asking AI why this is happening, but I wasn’t able to get a satisfying answer. I have two base components: “Input Box” and “Input Box Cap”. I want to combine them into a new component, “Capped Input Box”. I want the new component to only use properties from the base components. “Input Box” has properties for length, placeholder, placeholder text, and platform (unused). “Input Box Cap” has one property for the icon. Every property works except length on “Input Box” - when I change that property through the child component, the “Input Box” does not change size. However, when I create an instance of “Input Box”, the length works properly. I’ve attached screenshots of my components below. Hi, I’m quite new to Figma and I have a question. I’ve made a zoom in picture component for products but anyone know a better way to do without making every single component for each product? Whenever I change other product’s images it always zoom back to the original image while hovering.

I’m brand new to this so please forgive my ignorance, but is there a way to make the contents of a fig jam section scale up or down as you resize the section?

While updating a library, one of the receiving files unexpectedly switched to a strange italic font that isn’t used anywhere. Plus, a weird icon showed up next to the font style. Anyone else experienced this? 

Is it possible somehow to have a prototyped figma button, with hovering, clicking & URL-Link to be "alive" and interactive functional within a exported PDF from figma?I want to provide a lead magnet as a pdf to potential clients and make it very obvious that a button is clickable and usable for a link...instead of having to write down the link or use a QR Code.Any ideas how to solve this within a PDF?

I'm looking for a solution to a design challenge. I need to use the pen tool to draw a shape with a gradient color applied only to the stroke. This seems straightforward, but I need the ability to adjust the length of the lines within the stroke while maintaining the gradient. Currently, I achieve this by creating the stroke and masking it with a gradient background. However, this method prevents me from making adjustments to the original stroke, requiring me to repeat the process each time I need to make changes. This technique is primarily used to create breakthrough frames, where text or parts of an image break through the stroke.I’ve added an example of a breakthrough frame. The gaps in the frame I should be able to adjust as easily as using software like Illustrator or InDesign (vector based).Any ideas?  

can i apply for figma education plan as an indian , can anyone apply if they area a student 

I’m testing a prototype where a user needs to drag a slider to allocate a specific amount of money. The placement of the slider determines the $ amount.At the moment, I’ve created 5 screens that place the slider at different points and used the drag interaction to allow the user to drag and drop the slider on each of those 5 points.This is clunky as it means the user can only select one of the 5 points I’ve specified and, if they want to go directly from one end of the slider to the other, they have to drag and drop incrementally to get there.Is there an easier way to achieve a granular drag and drop interaction without having to create multiple screens?

Please help me with this one. Why can't I see all of my components in prototype overlay listing. Look at the picture, i can see component "Submenu / title", but there is not component "Submenu / block gnojiva" (yellow marked). Overall I can see only some of components and other are not listed. I would like to call "Submenu / block gnojiva" as an overlay.Thanks  

I’m working on creating a lot of components with text fields in them and I can’t figure out how to get the text fields to appear for an instance of a component within the Design menu. See the screenshots below of what I’m trying to recreate for an instance of a component.  I can set the properties so that it shows/hides the labels, but I can’t seem to figure out how to set the property to also allow me to change the text from the Design Menu like in the screenshot above. 

Self-explanatory title. When I click on anything, it automatically wraps to the side. You can see it happen in the GIF below. I click on the little “X” icon and it hides behind the side bar, visible by only its purple outline.Why is this? What have I done wrong? 

hi, there is a porblem when i add stroke on ‘O’ or donut shaped text. when stroke width is thinner than the inside circle, it has no problem, but the stroke width goes thicker than the inside circle, the shape of the inside stroke absolutely break down. does anyone know how to fix it? thanks

I want to create the "1" inside the red frame.I made the "1位" on the left myself, but I can't perfectly replicate the effect using only a gradient.Is it possible to create this in Figma, or can it only be done in Photoshop? 

Oh jeez I need help! I copy/pasted text styles from one file to another and published those changes to the design team. I then tried to undo this work because there were some duplicate style issues… and now the entire org’s files are no longer attached to *any* type styles. Not sure how to revert all these changes back to a stable state.

Hello! I am having trouble with components that I want to smart animate. Example: one button that grows while hovering on it. If I choose to smart animate it, then the page will reset the scroll position to the top. The little box for “Reset scroll position” in the interaction is unticked. This doesn’t happen when I select “Instant” instead. It’s quite troublesome because the only thing I can really smart animate inside of my prototypes are things that don’t change the size in the y axis (I can make a button grow horizontally only, or change the opacity, colours, etc.). Any clues how this cloud be solved? Am I doing anything wrong? Edit: All the frames in my prototypes were created with Autolayout.

I have a row of "pills/chips" in Figma that are set up with variants. They are set up with the following: - State of chip: Default / Active (Chip outlined on default / colored on active)- Label: Enter labeltext- Show number of "chips" from dropdown: 4-8 chipsI have a problem with the content disappearing in the respective "chip" in present mode every time I switch from state Active and back to Default.Then I have to close down present mode and open it again, then it shows correct (The same happens in preview mode).Is it a bug that more people know about? Tried to set up the whole variant again with no difference.

My right side panel has disappeared. I looked at a post with the same title; the recommendation was to use "command " or “command .” but the right panel is still missing (the left panel shows/hides with those commands, which I already know about). I’m wondering if I accidentally pressed some combination of keys and now my right panel went on a permanent vacation?! Please, Help? Thank you!

I recently received a message stating that my Figma Education Plan has expired, even though the Education Plan is supposed to last for two years, and I have only been using it for one year.Since my circumstances have not changed and I cannot afford the premium plan, I reapplied for the Education Plan, but my request was rejected with giving this meesage: You’ve already used up your free access to the Figma Education plan.Upgrade your plan to keep creating and editing unlimited files, or create a new Professional team.Is there a time limit for accessing the Education Plan?What can I do now???? I genuinely cannot afford the premium plan.😢
