Boolean operations moved to Properties is disrupting workflow

In the new update boolean operations moved from center top toolbar to a tiny, difficult to see spot in the corner of the properties panel. In the type of design I do I use these controls constantly and it’s been frustrating and disruptive. Constraints have also been moved and is less accessible.
It would be great to allow the user to keep a custom top toolbar that is easily accessible, or at least maintain the original toolbar without having to revert to previous versions.
