Ghost color styles

How do I remove ghost color styles?

I added some color styles, but after deleting them, they still appear in Libraries while not showing up in the color styles list or selection colors.

Oddly enough, I can add fills on top of them 😆

Important note: There are no external libraries linked to this file.
