For accessibility, I zoom in to my Figma UI to make text and icons easier to read, however, having done this, my Figma Make preview also does this.How can I prevent this from happening? Figma Design does not scale my canvases or content and I’d like Make to do the same.

Hello!I have a Figma Pro account registered to the email address [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]. I just renewed the plan today and now I’m having an issue with that email. I originally created it solely to use the Figma account, but when I tried to change it to a new email I’m using now, the verification step sends a code to [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] and says that this address no longer exists on Gmail. I can’t access it, nor can I recreate it.In short, I’m unable to update the email on my account and need assistance. I’d like to switch it to[redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]. I’ve already sent two support requests but haven’t received a response.Could you please help me change my account email?Thank you very much, and I look forward to your reply!

Hi. We’ve built a large design library in our company’s organization account, inside one team and project. Now, we want to move this library to a dedicated “design system” team and project so it’s easier to manage and share across all departments (other Figma teams).Some teams are already using components from this library. Is it possible to move the library:a) to a different team, orb) to a different project within the same team… without breaking or detaching the existing component links in other files?Thanks for any help!

Hi,I´ve made a card, which wraps at lower width. I created a component. And the I put serveral of this elements into a frame, but at lower sizes the elements are wrapping, but not the element (component) itself.Where do I have what to change?Thanks a lotMichael 

Since the latest update, Figma keeps reloading unexpectedly. Whether I’m zooming in, adding a new image, or doing anything else, it randomly reloads, shows a black screen, and then reloads the file.

Hi, I am quite new to Figma and trying to create a prototype as follows (I tried to make it clear with the picture). The top bar should not move and stay fix. The bottom blue part should scroll vertically as a usual website. The orange part should be part of the vertical scroll but at the same time it should be possible to swipe the images from right to left without anything else moving. I tried around for a bit but I’m not able to find the correct settings. Could anyone help on this? Thanks a lot!

I’ve already implemented PDF export for a single selected slide, and that works fine. However, I’m struggling to figure out how to implement functionality similar to Figma’s native PDF export — specifically the option where each selected frame (slide) is exported as a separate page in a single PDF.I can’t rely on third-party plugins and want to build this logic myself. I’d really appreciate any ideas or pointers on how to structure the code so that each slide is added as a separate page in the resulting PDF.Thanks in advance!

HiI was wondering if anyone else has experienced issues with blurry PNG downloads. Everything was working fine one day, and then the downloads stopped performing correctly.I contacted support three weeks ago and have since been passed between three different representatives. I have been asked to perform the same troubleshooting steps and provide screenshots and recordings multiple times. I've done everything they've asked, yet no matter what computer (desktop or browser) I use, I cannot get a clear PNG download.In my last interaction, I expressed my concern that this back-and-forth communication has become inefficient and unproductive. They ignored this feedback and again asked me to repeat a process I had already sent them a recording of completing. We are now three weeks in, and it feels as though the issue is still in the initial "tell me about your issue" phase, with no mention of an actual investigation.Please help, I need a proper PNG download!

I have created 50 squares and inserted pictures into each of them. I want to select all the pictures and change their property from "Fill" to "Fit". How should I do this?

Hi everyone,I’m currently working on a Figma-based prototype for a logistics dashboard UI and ran into an odd rendering issue with SVGs used in a community plugin called ModView (a lightweight helper we’re testing internally to preview external assets like trucks, trailers, etc.).❓The Problem:Whenever I try to import vehicle illustrations (especially highly detailed ones), some of them fail to render correctly — specifically shadows and gradients either disappear or appear pixelated. This only seems to happen with assets exported from certain simulation platforms.I’ve tested with assets inspired by Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2), and oddly enough, some SVGs render perfectly while others break even though they come from the same batch.✅ What I’ve Tried:Verified SVGs through browser rendering (Chrome & Firefox): no issues. Tried optimizing with SVGOMG. Disabled layer flattening in plugin settings. Tried different export methods (Inkscape vs Illustrator).💬 Has anyone encountered simil

In prototyping an app screen I would like to show and navigate between multiple overlay screens, but swap overlay has push and other greyed out.Swap Overlay But if you use Navigate to its available.Navigate toI have found a hack where you use the Navigate to > Push on the screens then go back and change the Navigate to back to Swap overlay and it retains the Push option.Again, not sure if this is a bug or deliberate. would be nice to have the Push option not greyed out for Swap Overlay.

In the past few weeks I have been unable to share my preview links with clients or internal copywriters. They tell me that they just see the Figma loading screen and it gets stuck with the loading bar. I have experienced this as well recently where I was unable to get the preview links to load and had to restart my browser multiple times. Love your software but we need to be able to reliably share prototypes with 3rd parties for comments. Can you please assist?

Hi.I created a frame as master component.I created an instance of that component.Now I like to paste an object into that instance. It is not possible.My goal:Insert new objects into an instance component without changing the master component.How can I solve this?Thanks.

Does anyone know how to hide or turn off the thumbnails within the layers on the new figma update? This is bugging out my ADHD so hard and I’m working a lot slower and having trouble focusing on things.                              

I’m thinking about purchasing the Proffessional Figma plan. The main reason for this is that I would like to use Dev mode. However, since I often colaborate with various developers, I would like them to also be able to inspect my files in Dev mode. If I purchase the Proffessional Figma plan, will other people be able to inspect the files I share with them using Dev mode? Or do they have to buy the Proffessional plan themselves to have this feature available?

Hello!A quick question: Would you recommend when using Figma Buzz to create templates directly in it or import from Figma Design to Buzz? 

Updating components doesn’t activate publish. I make an edit to component in a file shared as a library. Usually this activates the ability to publish changes. But that is not happening. Nothing happens. To activate this I have to make an arbitrary change to another component. Doing this activates the function and I can publish. However this does not activate the review function on any of the subscribing files. How can I fi this so that it works as consistently as promised? (UPDATE) There was an invalid property. A showstopping problem the Figma UI does a great job of camouflaging.

Hi everyone! I have a problem with emojis disappearing from the thumbnails. As you can see the master file has a gemstone on the cover, but it doesn’t appear on the thumbnail. I designed it last year and everything was perfect, but now when I try to recreate this approach, the emoji just don’t show up on the thumbnails. What’s funny is when I copy the cover from the old files and copy it to the new one, everything works fine, but when I start making changes to the text frame in the copied cover, the emoji disappears from the thumbnail again. Things I tried to do so far: resetting the app clearing the cache building the cover again from scratch It seems like Figma completely lost the ability to show the emojis on the thumbnails for me. Any ideas on how to fix that? Anyone has the same problem?

Lines (vector paths) play an essential role in my graphics. The lines take the form of various basic geometric shapes:circles, ellipses, squares, rectangles, triangles, polygons.It must be possible to change the width of these lines with ease.In Illustrator, you can create vector paths based on basic shapes.Is it true that this is not possible in Figma?Correct, converting a basic shape into an area with a stroke using "Outline Stroke" is not a solution. After that, the width of the lines can no longer be changed.I do not want to draw vector paths from basic shapes manually using the Pen Tool.Thank you : ) 

Hey everyone!I am not new to figma, but I noticed something that I didnt notice before and I dont know if its a bug, something that I am doing wrong or even something that always happened but I didnt knew of it.So, I am doing a game and I have hovers on books. I did a component with a book and a variation of it with a aura around. Both variations are exactly in the same spot. In the presentation mode, if I select “Actual size (100%)” everything is perfect. But if I select “Fit width and height” the hovers move slightly. Is this normal? If I past this to the devs will work right? Or I am doing something wrong?Thank you so much!

Hi,  My Figma account has been dormant for months, and i was surprised to see a charge of ~$211 USD to my card appear. No contact from Figma before or after the transaction either. I investigated, and it’s that my _team_ has an annual cost, fine. I bit annoyed that i didn’t get a “You’re about to renew” email, or a “thanks for renewing” email, but fine.I reached out to support to get a refund via the contact form here. Twice. No response (or receipt that they received my message) either time. It feels like i’m shouting into the void.I searched the forums and saw that people who post here get a response so i’m trying that.I haven’t used my Team for ~4months, and don’t intend to use it in the future. I’ve been charged for it. I’d like this to be refunded. How can I make this happen?

Hi.As an example we have the following structure: Frame 1 Ellipse 21 Rectangle 13 Vector Rectangle 81 Frame 2 Rectangle 5 Vector 3 Ellipse 2 Ellipse 11 Rectangle 17 There’s a nice native batch renaming function in figma. But it could handle only one single level and only one single name type.Is there any plugin with a one click function to get the following result, simply a consistant numbering? I just talk about names of basic standard layers. I do not talk about manually named layers like “My Layer 7” Frame 1 Ellipse 1 Rectangle 1 Vector 1 Rectangle 2 Frame 2 Rectangle 3 Vector 2 Ellipse 2 Ellipse 3 Rectangle 4 Thanks for your help : )
