We are trying to buy a subscription for Figma Professional. The problem is that my company makes payments only by invoices, not with a card. Is there a way to get the subscription by getting an invoice?

For Teams on the Professional Plan, which has self-serve auto-billing, we currently only support payment via credit card or SEPA debit. Unfortunately, payment via ACH, or wire transfer isn’t currently available.
The Organization Plan (see Figma plans and features for details) does offer other payment options, like invoices or contracts. If you want to know more about this plan, its extra options, security, and features, just reach out to our sales team here: https://www.figma.com/contact/

I just added my billing info and downloaded invoices by clicking the profile icon in the top-right, then going to Settings > Billing > Invoices. They show each month's details there.
I had the same issue before and realized the problem was with the card on file having expired. After updating my payment method, I used the link in the billing section to Recover Failed Subscription Payments—it worked right away and all my invoices were good to go. Definitely check if your payment info is up to date and try that link under your billing settings.
