How to copy/move a UIKit to use and change it locally?

I am using Google’s Material 3 UIKit for a project, but would like to alter styles to the project’s needs. How can i copy the UIKit with all it’s styles to use it as a local library so that i can change the library as needed?

(I am on the starter plan)
