View Access members should be allowed to 'copy link' under the right click 'copy/paste' menu of a any frame

Only top level frames provide a unique URL in the browser URL. When trying to copy a link to a spesific nested frame (i.e. a component in a group of components on a master frame) only full access members get the ‘copy link’ option. View Access members don’t see the copy link.

As a View Access member I’d expect to be able to copy a link to a spesific frame so I can communicate with my team about that component.

Re-raising this. Just taken a Product Manager through figma and I’ve realised anyone with View access can’t copy link to a Frame or File.
It’s important that our Product Managers are able to do this to be able to link to certain parts of Figma in Confluence and Jira tickets.
