How much time do you save with interactive form elements as the default tool?

As a software designer, forms and interactions are something I use every day.
Why isn’t there an easy way to create this type of component in figma?

Like UI designer, i hope some day there are a easy way to create forms and interactions, a tool in the figma core that allow to create:

  • Input
  • Textarea
  • Checkbox
  • Radio
  • Select
  • Multi-select
  • Buttons

I use to work with UXpin, the interaction system they have is a thousand times more powerful than figma, but figma does much better libraries and plugin area i would like to

It would really be a great feature for prototype mode, for better user feedback while testing 🤩

For the beginning it could be:

  1. Add interaction »key« to text object (separate from gamepad)
  1. add option »use entered text« (if user types text it will replace existing text)

Could we have interactive form inputs that react to what the user is typing? Like adding rules like:

  • If user types “abc”, show variant1
  • If user types “xyz”, show variant2
    And so on. Would be really helpful! ⭐
