Hello, I am a high school student living in Korea. When I click the submit button to apply for an educational qualification, it says verification failed. I obviously logged in with my school’s email address, but why did it fail?

I’ve read enough of it, and I’ve written and sent an e-mail. I got an e-mail saying that the administrator added my school, and now I’m using it well! 😊
