Updating component libraries causes my file to be offline

Hey @Liz_Tan - sorry for the trouble! Can I get a few starting details so I can figure out how to best help?

Is it just a single file that seems to go ‘offline’ when you try to sync library updates?

Have you noticed if you only sync specifics items, that it works as expected?

Is this happening when you use Figma on the web, or the desktop app? Or both?

Just covering all bases – completely quitting, and restart your computer hasn’t helped this, correct?
