Unknown charges and no reply from support team

Hi there,
Can anyone help me actually get a response from the Figma support team?

I have logged my issue about 3 times now and I am being ignored. I have been being charged a monthly fee and I can’t seem to find what account it is related to as all the accounts I own are unpaid accounts.
