How can I import Miro board assets to Figma?

We made a wireframe on Miro and would like to add interactions to it in Figma.

I know there was another question asked where the answer was that it wasn’t possible to export Miro boards to FigJam, but that it was possible to export Miro boards as assets to Figma. How can I do this? Is it possible to do it without paying for Miro?

I also know that there is a plugin for Figma called Figmiro where you can export and sync Figma files to Miro. Is it possible to do the reverse?
