Add support for LCH color mode

Add support for LCH color model when setting color. It would be great if Figma introduced options for:

  • offering to automatically adjust the value to closest sRGB if it is out of sRGB range.

  • checking contrast using APCA and WCAG

  • convenient tools for building a11y color ranges based on LCH
