Can’t seem to move the toolbar and the comments box (with a long list of comments or a large comment) extends behind the tools. I cannot save the comment because I can’t get to the button.
Having exactly the same issue today, comment thread gets long and I can’t scroll and see the latest ones or reply at all because it’s hidden behind the bottom
Same issue here: a comment thread is long and the bottom part is hidden behind the tools palette.
It could be nice to be able to move the tools palette, or prevent the comments bubble from going all the way down.

When typing long comments or long comment threads, you have to horizontally scroll to be able to reach the comment buttons because they get covered up by the tools bar.
Perhaps limit the comment stack height such that it doesn’t ever overlap with the tools bar?
