We can’t Hide UI (Ctrl + ) or use many other shortcuts.
We’ve tried on Figma for Windows and website on both of our laptop and desktop.
Do we have to select any specific area on the canvas or the toolbars or panels?

Hi @Felipe_Campelo Figma’s default keyboard shortcuts are based on the layout of a US QWERTY keyboard. Some of the keys in these shortcuts aren’t available in other languages or layouts.
Please check the selected keyboard layout you have set. You can follow the steps outlined here.
