Hi

We are are on professional Annual plan, 2 members went on Maternity leave, so If I downgrade them to view only, will I save the money from the 2 seats or is it lost forever unless I reassign them?

Thanks in advance

Andy

Hi there,

So, I understand you're wondering what happens if a team admin downgrades users from a Full seat to a View seat during the annual billing period on the Professional plan.

Just to clarify, we don't offer a prorated refund when you switch a user to a free View seat. If you paid for that seat annually, it will remain available for you to assign to someone else until your annual plan renews. If you don't need that seat anymore, you can make that adjustment when it's time to renew your plan.

You can find all the details here: about managing seats during your billing term here: Manage billing on the Professional plan > Remove or change seats during billing term

Hope this clears things up.

Thanks!

Thanks Junko

I kind of assumed it worked liked that, but happy for the confirmation.

Cheers
