'Swap Instance' arrow key behavior

When using the left side’s ‘Swap Instance’ search bar, the current component or highlighted component from search does not denote the focused element in the list. Pressing an arrow key will always bring the focus to the top-most item.

  1. Add as much context as possible (screenshots, Figma files, mockups, etc.)

  1. Ask questions to bring the community into the conversation

Anyone notice this behavior? I feel like it is a recent change.
