If this is a question, indeed you cannot do 3D rotation within Figma. There are some plugin that will allow you to do so but the result of those will be rendered as an image

If this is a request for a feature you can upvote this post which is asking for the same things

3D Transforms

Hi. 3D Transforms are a standard CSS feature that’s missing, and I keep feeling like my hands are tied behind my back without it. There are skew plugins, but I cannot find a 3d transform plugin to simply rotate around x, y, and z. Adobe XD recently added this.
