In Finland, we have to attach the invoices to all card payments for bookkeeping. Now I need to every month to go to Favro and manually download the invoice. Please add a feature where I can define an email address for the invoice emails and automatically send new invoices in an email with the PDF invoices attached so that we can automate the download and processing of the invoices. The subject of the email should have the same structure each month ("You Figma invoice YYYY-MM-DD) and the PDF invoice name should be unique and contain the date of the invoice, for example, Figma incoice YYYY-MM-DD

Hello,some feedback from my side regarding Folders, I like the options of a nestable folder, but I find it hard to navigate to the files I’m looking for. The folders are named, but the file thumbnails that were visible with Projects were a huge readability feature that I’m really missing now.I was searching for it in settings, but couldn’t find a way to set it. I actually added a description to a folder, but did not actually see not one place that the description was shown? This part is especially confusing.If I could make an improvement suggestion to a current implementation it would be to have a setting to show or not to show some folder contents thumbnails, similar to the previous implementation.Fingers crossed this can be done!

Right now the only option is Reset password, which revokes access for everyone who already has the link. If I lose the password and need to add one new person, I have to break access for the entire group and redistribute a new password to all of them.Either of these would fix it:1. Show the current password to the file owner2. Let the owner grant access to a new person without resetting the password for existing viewers

I have successfully rasterized last Friday. But two days later, which is now Jan 13 2026, the Rasterize selection disappeared in object menu. I can only find it by searching Actions… Is there anyone can help me look into it, thank you so much!i use macbook pro 15-inch, 2018, Vetura 13

Hello, im trying to connect my Account to the figma extension but im not using VSCode im using Qoder so when im trying to login and it asks to login as [my email] and click login with vscode it wants to open vscode and not my qoder so i can login, no i cannot use VSCode because its not for me.

why can’t figma make make components that we can import back into figma. It would be useful to us make to generate a design system, using prompting and be able to import thes eback into figma as components.

I am using Figma from almost 2 years. It’s a great tool. Previously I was using Windows 10 yet recently switched to Linux(Ubuntu). Figma doesn’t have any official release for Linux. There are some Unofficial desktop versions but they are “BUGGY”. I request you guys to release an official Figma desktop app for Linux.

Recently a new member of our team (who was granted edit privileges) deleted our component library file, which led to a series of issues until I, the admin, realized what had happened and restored the file from trash. However, there was a chance that I never would have realized what happened, or that the user could have gone into the trash and permanently deleted that file, both of which are horrifying outcomes when it means re-creating the design system and all documentation from scratch and then replacing component instances across dozens of files with the new one. It would be FANTASTIC if I, as the admin, could prevent editors from deleting certain files, whether that’s on a per-file basis or with an across-the-board rule like “you can only delete files that belong to you” or “you can’t delete files in this project.” Such an option on all the paid plans and up would definitely help me sleep better at night!

It could be very interesting to save Figma Make code-driven interactions as “Custom Interactions” on the design canvas.  There are some occasions where an interaction is difficult to mock in Design mode/would result in a lot of layer bulk to create the desired effect. In those cases, I am happy to navigate to Make and describe the interaction I’d like to see - but my options from there are very limited. I will have to either port the rest of my design into make, or display this interaction separately from the rest of the experience.  If you are on Make and select Copy Design for a frame/section that fully hosts the interaction - no external interaction, would it be possible to copy the coded interaction steps into the element/display them in the interactions UI as “Custom Interaction”? Another pathway for something like this would be enabling the on-canvas agent to create interactions through code.  This could enable faster interaction prototyping, more complicated interactions (persis

Please make it possible to approve specific changes and comment on each change screen.Ideally adding three actions to the branch review changes would be ideal:Go to the original design / canvas, Comment directly in the change screen (the comment gets added to the canvas where the design is), A "check" to indicate the change was reviewed, the check disappears if any changes happen to the design after it was "checked".When we ask some stakeholders to review the branch they have a hard time finding the design on the file itself. If they want to make a comment about the change, specifically, they need to find the original design and comment it there instead of doing it in the change review screen. And if they don't approve a merge and something else changes they are unable to see what was already reviewed and what was changed since the last time they reviewed.Please don't abandon this feature, it's been a long time since it has been updated.

hey there! variables seems to be super nice but what i am missing is that if i make a colour alias to a specific collection - i can’t set the opacity separately (e.g. colour 50 with 20% opacity) So basically i want the colouyr to be from another collection and i want to set the alpha seperatly (controlled as rgba - since i dont need it as opacity) Example how we can fix this in token studio: So what i want is that i can set blue/5 and then the opacity (which i dont want to capture in another colour variable) Now its only possible if i break the link with gray/75 - and then i loose the reference to that colour

Hi, I’m not sure if this is new since the May update, but I wonder why “empty” (all elements hidden) Auto Layout Frames keep the size of the last hidden child (and I do not mean last in the list, but the last element to have been toggled out of view by the user), making them not-0px high even with nothing in them. See here a file with a Frame with three hidden rectangle: the Frame keeps the size of the last child rectangle to have been hidden. When adding a 0-px Frame to the AL frame, and toggling this 0-px Frame off last, the container goes 0-px. In my opinion, empty AL Frames should have a height of 0. What do you think?

As per this discussion - How to disable 'observe' mode - #5 by Dave2 - I think it would be useful to be able to turn off ‘observe mode’. It is very annoying being watched while I work, unless I specifically am trying to share/demonstrate something. It is the digital version of someone looking over your shoulder. I dont want to have to remove people’s permissions from the file just to stop them digitally stalking me.

Every time I exit Figma and come back, the previously selected sort order is lost, and it defaults to "Last modified" – "Newest first". Previously, the selected sorting option was always preserved.

This new bulk edit option is so painful for non designer marketing team memebers to edit on there own. The whole purpose of buzz make it simple for marketing team to edit content on there own. And with now with per frame editing option gone, it has become so difficult for anyone to update content now. Also this new bulk edit feature is too buggy and keeps crashing

Grid may be used everywhere to create a responsive layout, but right now it is quite limitating and I have to create many frames to avoid that problem.Is it a feature that could be developed in the future?

Hi,Problem:When we have huge files with a lot of pages then doing search functionality freezes figma. Let’s say Figma finds it after taking sometime and the person continues their work. However, the problem is that when they click on search the same keyword that was typed before retains and makes the search freeze again. Now, either the person has to reload file or wait again to complete the search and retype something different to do another search. Solution:One solution that comes on the top of my mind is that the search functionality shouldn’t execute autmoatically until the person presses enter to search.Regards,Hamza

I use percentages in a project for the letter spacing. I can’t use variables to achieve this value. It always defaults to pixels.

With the new update, we have a great new feature, but unfortunately, it’s not usable with our component structure. Exposing all props of a nested instance also exposes props that we don’t want in the context of the consuming component. What if we could also select which properties to expose? This would lead to a cleaner sidebar with only valid props.

My company is setting up our component Figma file to have collections be where we add each compontent type, then groups will have all the variables for that component. We’re setting it up this way so we can use modes for all the different brand’s design languages. The only point of friction is that collections can’t be collapsedIt would be helpful to have the ability to:Collapse collections Remember the collapsed/expanded state Optionally collapse all collections at once Ideally hide collections that aren't currently being usedThis would be especially valuable for larger design systems with multiple brands, modes, and token categories.

In our system we use a medium weight of 500 which indicates Bold for our brand. Is there a way to control the new cmd+B style when applied to a text string and not use the currently assigned 700 (Bold)? Thanks

Figma motion does not currently have the ability to play and export video fills, so video objects are treated as static images. The ability to incorporate video objects into the timeline would be extremely helpful. Exposing the current frame of a video as a keyframeable property be a great solve.
