Problem with Figma agent

Previously, everything was in order, now figma agent gives an error. I am working in the version of the site because of the old OS. Now, when I try to enable figma agent, go into the project and reload the page, it says: “The program has stopped working” What could be the reason for this?

Does it happen only in the browser, or also in the desktop app?

In order to troubleshoot the issue, could you check these basic troubleshooting tips (running the latest version of your browser, having WebGL enabled etc): here

For the desktop app, can you try clearing your cache and see if that helps?
You can clear the desktop app cache on a Mac in the Help menu under Troubleshooting.

If you’d prefer to manually clear your cache you can:

  1. Quit the Figma desktop app
  2. Open Terminal.app and enter the following command: rm -rf “$HOME/Library/Application Support/Figma”
  3. Try opening the desktop app again
