Pin a navigation component to the bottom of any device size? Is it possible?

If I pin a component such as a nav item on a tall frame it will only appear at a fixed point in the frame, and not appear pinned to the bottom of the device, as you expect of an app.

Is there a way to have it so that no matter who opens the app, on whatever phone or ipad size, you can make it so a particular element is always pinned to the device bottom?
