I wanted to share a small suggestion: it would be helpful if future emails like updated “Terms of Service” included a brief summary that everyone can roughly understand what changed. I’ve noticed that other companies often do this, and it really helps ensure the main points are clear and accessible.
As it stands, the content of legal comes across as somewhat dense and lacks transparency for people that are not lawyers, which could be easily improved with a short summary in the mail.
