Could we have a shortcut to only paste the content with affecting the previous layer style? I get my self too often selecting the second character of a text layer to preserve the style.

Select the text inside the text layer and shift-cmd-v.

Windows: shift+ctrl+v
But a “native” Figma way of doing it would be nice if that also included other options (such as paste styling). I thought that’s what “Paste over selection” did on text objects, but that seems to do nothing for me.
