I tried to make this loading spinner by following a video series
After my first object is after delay, I show my other object with smart animate
but in prototype mode my animation is not working

Smart animate animates the properties of elements with the same name and place in the layer hierarchy. Your loading spinner contains ellipses with different names, so smart animate treats them as unique objects instead of one to be animated.
