How to add animation on Scroll in figma?

I want that the animation should trigger on scrolling the mouse wheel in desktop and for mobile on scrolling.
How do I do that?

There is no scroll interaction, but you can sort of fake it by adding an overlaying mouse enter interaction further down the page.
