How do to Prototype: From a horizontal scrolling options

Scenario

I have a horizontal list of credit cards and I want, to for example, when I scroll to the second credit card the details below will change? Like staying in the same page, without needing to click the credit cards just swiping to it and the the half part of the screen changes with details…

does that make sense?
