How do I revert the figma Ui back to the old version

Everything online says tap the question mark in the bottom right corner. There is no question mark in the bottom right-hand corner. How do I revert?

You probably hidden it.
Run Quick Actions (CTRL+ /) and type Hide help UI → Uncheck it.
