How do I make the grid layout perfectly sized for a 16:9 presentation?

I’ve been trying to get a layout grid for a 16:9 presentation Frame, but it seems that every single pixel size doesn’t fit the frame perfectly. The right side is usually always cut off. Is there a way to produce a perfect grid, or is this not possible because of the aspect ratio/resolution?

You may have found a solution by now but if anyone else finds this topic, the solution I found is to make sure the grid size scales with your aspect ratio.

I had a 4k (3840 x 2160) with a grid of 50px and was giving the same effect, I changed the grid to 48px and it now scales perfectly starting from all edges.
