Are you using the Figma desktop app, or the web browser?
Is this happening when you open one specific file, or is it any file that you try to access?

A workaround is to use the + icon in desktop app and search the file name, still lets you open your files.

I’m currently experiencing this issue. I went to http://status.figma.com and it appears Figma isn’t down, but it’s frozen on the browser and app for me.
