I have some text in Word, with basic formatting like bold and bullet lists, that I like to copy into cards in FigJam. I don’t like programs that copy formatting by default, but I expected FigJam to have an option to paste with formatting. This doesn’t seem to be the case 
Applying all the formatting again would be too much extra work, and I have to find another tool to organize my notes.
