Export the whole project with all the files without loosing libraries connections?

I wish there’s a way to export my whole project as one piece without loosing my components connection.

I am working on my graduation project in my project I have 4 files
1. kit file
2. library
3. design file
4. delivery file
5. front pages file
all these files components are in the library file.

The issue that when I try to export these files for backup I found that all my library connections are lost. and I have more than 500+ component, it’s very frustrating.
