We applied for permission to the owner, but the owner did not receive any notification. We also tried to complete the authorization through the owner, but it still didn’t work. If anyone have a better solution plz contact me

Hi @irene12 – we won’t be able to really address this in the forum.
If the file owner isn’t receiving any notifications with your request for permissions to have edit access, they can share the file with you directly that includes edit access themselves.

You may want the file owner to reach out directly, since support won’t be able to simply grant you access to a file you don’t own. Feel free to pass the above link along to them.
