Enable all assets for the libraries at once

Issue :
As a user, When i’m trying to activate the assets we have in our library, I need to toggle all of them one by one in the files that have been created before I’ve enable that by default in my settings.

Proposal :
I would propose to have an “enable all” next to the library name in order to avoid the extra effort of checking them all at once 😉

Extra proposal :
Once a new page is added, if I’m not mistaken, I will have to come back to this panel and enable the new one manually. There should also be a “always include new component” option somewhere
