Enable all assets for the libraries at once

[Bravo_Vision]

1. Issue :
   As a user, When i’m trying to activate the assets we have in our library, I need to toggle all of them one by one in the files that have been created before I’ve enable that by default in my settings.

   (that’s only the start)

3. Proposal :
   I would propose to have an “enable all” next to the library name in order to avoid the extra effort of checking them all at once

4. Extra proposal :
   Once a new page is added, if I’m not mistaken, I will have to come back to this panel and enable the new one manually. There should also be a “always include new component” option somewhere
