The current layout for stroke per side is top/bottom/left/right, if you go into custom, it is left/top/bottom/right if going clockwise, then if you tab through it goes left/right/top/bottom.
I think it would be more intuitive for designer and developer for these to be setup how it is with border radius. Going top/right/bottom/left, in a circle clockwise order.
