This is dumb and bad. Never ever show this. A container should still be scrollable even if its contents aren’t beyond the fold. This allows users to at least feel that it is scrollable if there was more content. Insanely dumb on Figma’s part. Does anybody work at Figma.

there’s probably some dumb hack of putting frames inside of frames and whatever to get the desired behavior, but I care about future people who have to use this god awful tool. Please make it make sense. Thanks.
