So I have Inner and Drop shadow effects added to a shape but the effect doesn’t show when I go to make show my design in Prototype mode? Does anyone know a work around to fix this.
This is what the image is supposed to look like. Image should be transparent in the middle.
When going into prototype mode, this is what appears.

I tried to replicate this issue but haven’t been able to do so yet. I applied Drop shadow and Inner shadow to an ellipse, but the appearance remains the same when switching to the Prototype tab or viewing the flow in Presentation view or Preview.
Are you experiencing this issue in the browser, desktop app, or both? Could you please try clearing the desktop app cache and browser cache to see if there are any differences?
If the problem continues, it could be challenging to determine the root cause without reviewing the file itself.
