After setup of a new laptop i cannot access my file anymore. ( 

 )

It says “Request access to file”

 

I went through your checklist:

  • Make sure you're logged into the correct account.
    → did that
  • Check if you’ve accepted the invitation to view or edit the file under the right account.
    → did that, i have another account for a different company - this one does not own the file either.
  • Look in your deleted files to see if the file is there.
    → not there in both accounts
  • Contact the file owner to request access again.
    → did that, but obviously it does not help as i request access from myself. i dont get any notification either.

I would be very thankful for any help.

I checked the file link you provided, and it looks like it belongs to a team called “OCC”, but the team currently doesn’t have an owner. In cases like this, you’ll need to reach out to the Organization admin from K****** D***** S***** GmbH. They can claim ownership of the team, and then transfer it to you by updating your team role to Owner under the "View members" section.
