After setup of a new laptop i cannot access my file anymore. (
)
It says “Request access to file”
I went through your checklist:
- Make sure you're logged into the correct account.
→ did that - Check if you’ve accepted the invitation to view or edit the file under the right account.
→ did that, i have another account for a different company - this one does not own the file either. - Look in your deleted files to see if the file is there.
→ not there in both accounts - Contact the file owner to request access again.
→ did that, but obviously it does not help as i request access from myself. i dont get any notification either.
I would be very thankful for any help.
