Your Google Fonts in Figma Sites are not up to date. I have some upcoming client work I’m excited to show using Sites’ responsive features but the Google Fonts we’re working with in their brand aren’t showing in Figma, therefore they won’t display in preview. Can we push that update through?
Thanks,
H.

Hi @HGBeacon, thanks for reaching out!
I understand how this may be interrupting your workflow, but Figma only updates the Google Fonts periodically (about every 3 months), so it’s not unusual for some fonts to take a while to appear in Figma.

I was actually referring to Google fonts in Figma, rather than Sites, so apologies for the oversight.
I don’t know the exact timeline that our Sites teams update Google fonts for use in Figma Sites. Others in the community who have had issues with their Google fonts have shared their own temporary solutions:
Please try uninstalling the old fonts, reinstalling by downloading from google. Then, restart your machine and reinstall the Google fonts. You can also try selecting the Google fonts installed locally and deactivate them. Then, restart Figma to see if it fixes the issue.
