I thought the AI worked for designs as well, just like https:sleek.design, but unfortunately for me, what is made, can’t be edited on Figma Design. How do I cancel this subscribtion. It’s been taking almost £22 from my account monthly - no matter what I do.Many thanks.Abe

Hello,After upgrading to the Professional plan, I was downgraded back to the Starter plan (24 hours later), even though I had paid for and been charged for the Professional plan. I opened a support ticket but haven’t received a response. Has anyone else had the same problem, and how can I resolve it and switch back to the Professional plan without having to pay again? Keep in mind that I’ve already set up an annual SEPA direct debit.

Hello Figma Support team,I've identified a reliably reproducible bug in my design system library: every time I double-click a variant in the left panel to edit it a second time, the variant name breaks.The Prop=Value, Prop=Value name format (e.g. Type=Regular, State=Default) gets overwritten and replaced with just the values, without the property names (e.g. Regular, Default). Shaders stopped working completely on my Mac (M1 Pro, macOS latest). Both built-in and custom shaders show nothing on canvas. Layer thumbnail intermittently appears and disappears.What I've ruled out:- Browser: Chrome, Safari, Edge, incognito — all fail- Account: other accounts on same machine also fail; other users on same file see shaders fine- System: macOS updated, NVRAM reset, Metal shader cache cleared- WebGPU: confirmed working on third-party demos, Metal compilation logs show 100% SUCCESS- VPN/network: excludedThis appears to be a Figma-specific WebGPU shader pipeline bug on this hardware/driver combo. Since August 3 my Libraries won’t update any more. Even creating a new one with just one component refuses to publish. I restarted Figma, reset the cache, tried publishing via the browser, nothing works. When clicking the publish button it says, “assembling components, styles and variables”, the modal closes, but nothing happens after that (normally I would see a progress bar and things get published).   

When I select ‘Only allow preferred instances’ in Slot, it still allows me to swap from ‘Preferred’ to another component. This is the case across every component I’ve tried it in. 

Hi, We have been working towards using Figma Sites to publish, for the first time in our company, an external-facing website. This has always been a pain point for me — whenever I need a logo from a website for a moodboard, competitive audit, or brand exploration, I end up digging through DevTools or screenshotting something blurry.I finally got frustrated enough to build a Chrome extension to solve it. It's called LogoFetch — it scans the active tab and surfaces every logo it finds (inline SVGs, linked images, favicons, OpenGraph assets, CSS backgrounds) in a panel. Each brand uses extended variable collections.We also have a dedicated icon collection used to switch between the graphic variants required by each brand.I have tested two approaches: A string variable bound to the icon component’s variant property. Boolean variables controlling the visibility of each brand-specific graphic. I’m on Starter and trying to use Transfer from a workspace that still shows All projects to a destination team on Professional that shows All folders. The destination URL validates and shows verified, but after I select Request transfer, I get: ‘You cannot transfer to this organization at this moment. Please contact support for more details.’ The item contains three design files, and this happens in the browser and the desktop app.

 I have a sidebar in my web application design, and I've created it as a component set with Expanded and Collapsed variants.  The issue I'm facing is that when I switch to the Collapsed variant in Prototype mode, it doesn't match the actual Collapsed variant defined in the component set.If you look closely in the image below, you'll notice that the Dashboard label is still visible in the prototype, even though the Collapsed variant in the component set doesn't contain any text. Am I missing a setting, or is this a bug? I've attached screenshots of both the component set and the prototype for reference.
