Hello,I'm experiencing an issue with the color picker in the Figma desktop application.Version: Figma Desktop App 126.4.11 Issue:When using the color picker, the color preview initially updates correctly for a few seconds after activation. After that, the preview becomes stuck on a single color and no longer reflects the color currently being hovered.Despite the preview displaying the wrong color, selecting a color still applies the correct color value. The issue appears to affect only the preview display.If "Select color anywhere" is enabled and I move the cursor outside of the Figma application window, the preview immediately begins updating correctly again and follows the color currently being hovered.A video demonstrating this behavior can be found here Browser C

Hi Figma team,I submitted a support case and would like to make sure this issue can be reviewed by the right team.Support case number: 1941098I’m on a Professional plan and I have a Full seat. My account already has the UI3 main interface enabled, as shown by the bottom floating toolbar.However, I still don’t have access to the new left navigation bar and some recent UI3-related rollout features that other Full seat users can see.I checked the Help menu, and there is no switch, opt-in, or “Use new UI” option available.Could someone from Figma please help check whether my account or team has the correct rollout flags enabled?Thank you. 

This is absolutely unacceptable.I just lost 4 hours of intense client work due to a massive, game-breaking glitch in Figma.I was working inside an Auto-Layout group when – without any action on my part – the entire design on the canvas completely vanished into a blank frame. This is NOT a local issue, as the exact same corruption appears both in the macOS Desktop App and via Web Browser.Here is proof that this is a critical backend/cloud corruption and not user error: Broken UI Elements: As seen in my screenshot, the entire layers panel is completely glitched. Hi,My projects requires a custom font that I have installed locally, but it doesn’t show up on Figma and there isn’t a desktop download for Linux.Is there a way to edit files with custom fonts? I use Fedora KDE and Figma in the browser.Thanks

When i attempt to remove an item from my sidebar, it disappears and then immediately reappears. I’ve tried restarting the app, I’ve tried logging out and in, but nothing is working. Help!

However, the generated output either failed to apply the requested changes, made unrelated modifications, or returned results that did not match the instructions provided. Despite these unsuccessful results, credits were deducted from my monthly allocation for each attempt.As a result, a significant number of credits were consumed without the requested UI changes being completed successfully. Hi all, I’m using n8n to trigger automation when a new file version is manually created in my team.I’ve used other Figma webhooks with success but FILE_VERSION_UPDATE seems pretty inconsistent. I’ve had it triggered 2+ hours after a version is created, or no response at all.Is it a known issue? My team members have recently been encountering the same error repeatedly when using the Make feature:"Something went wrong. Please try again."This is followed by an error code. Hello everyone! this is the design team from The Apprentice Project. We deliver learning experiences to marginalised children in India through WA based conversational flows. Wanted to check on a problem we are trying to resolve. Our current workflow is that the design team creates the conversational flows in the form of a tree diagram in Figjam and our tech team creates them in Glific, a tool that creates the conversational flows for WA.Currently we can only see the final conversational experience during the testing phase of these flows. We were wondering if there is a way to simulate this conversational WA flow before it is created on Glific on Figjam itself? If anyone has tried out a hack? 

So basically I had a massive file with all my portfolio work on it. I upgraded for a month on figma to be able to use some things on it and realised I dont really use anything on it to justify paying monthly. So when I went back to the free figma version I am not missing some of my figma files...

I sometimes experience issues where components don't update.And there isn't any visible update possible anymore, not in the assets or directly through the icon on the component.The only solution that works is using "reset to default," but this is frustrating since I've already set properties and other configurations. Is there a reason for this, or is there another way to trigger the update?Thanks!

I am writing to sincerely request a full refund for all auto-renewal subscription charges on this account.I originally purchased the Professional monthly subscription only for trial use. As it is a month-to-month plan, I only intended to use the service for one billing cycle to see if Figma would fit my workflow.Figma could not meet my needs and fell short of my expectations after the trial, so I never intended to keep the subscription going.Until I noticed the recurring charges recently, this team account has been completely inactive.
