I am a student currently enrolled in the Figma Education plan. Due to an intensive univeristy exam project with an upcoming deadline on January 23rd , I think I have exhausted  AI credits sooner than expected.Since the AI features are essential for the specific workflow required by my UX UI course, I am kindly asking if it would be possible to grant an exceptional, one-time reset of my AI credit balance for the current month, or if there’s any way to add them.This would be a huge help in allowing me to complete my academic requirements on time. I’m having an issue with Figma where every time I submit a prompt using the AI/chat feature, the request fails and a red error banner appears saying:“Couldn’t connect, check your internet and try again.”My internet connection is working normally, and this issue happens consistently despite: trying both the desktop app and browser version switching Wi-Fi networks using a mobile hotspot restarting Figma/browser The prompt does not generate a response and immediately returns the connection error. Other internet services work fine, so the issue seems specific to Figma’s AI/request system rather than my actual connection.Has anyone found a fix for this or knows what causes it?

I have a personal Pro Plan (Work as a freelancer) and wanted to change ownership of the file to one of my clients who do not have the Pro Plan. I tried to change the ownership and now I’mm only able to edit and now theres a “!” icon next to Owner and their name but is still in a limbo.What can I do or who do I need to talk to?

I’ve recently launched a site built via Figma/Figma to Web and successfully indexed it on Google Search Console using a custom domain. However, I am hitting a wall with Bing Webmaster Tools and Yahoo.Current Setup & Steps Taken: Domain Management: Handled via Cloudflare. Sitemaps: Submitted via Bing Webmaster Tools; the status shows "Success," but the URLs remain unindexed after several days. Indexing Strategy: I’ve attempted using Cloudflare Workers to manage the transition/headers, but Bingbot doesn't seem to be crawling the actual content effectively. Status: Google is live and crawling fine; Bing/Yahoo shows zero presence. The Problem: Despite the sitemap being accepted, the pages aren't being indexed. I’ve forgot to cancel my subscription yesterday and tried to contact the support to do so and get a refund, but no one is awnsering any of my emails.

I’m doing a project with a map interaction. I wanted to magnify e section of a map using one overlay, then when the magnified version pops up, i want to interact with icons who are present in the magnified version. The problem is that when i try to open another overlay over the first one, the first overlay shuts off because I used the property “when mouse leave”. Any solution if I need to put multiple overlays on top of each other without closing them?

It’s is showing black screen without any error message. I tried to uninstall and clear all the files in file manager and reinstalled it again but still it's not opening I tried All the method listed below : 1. Clear Figma cache2. Run Figma with disabled GPU acceleration3. Update your graphics drivers4. Reset/Reinstall with full cleanup Please Help me in this !!! 

use_figma` tool not appearing in Claude Code despite all MCP servers connectedI used it a total of 16 times before, but something changed in the past 10 days to 2 weeks.I need to escalate this please. I am completely blocked.I need both read and write access to all variables in my Figma files.The MCP config in ~/.claude.json is correct — https://mcp.figma.com/mcp is registered as figma. And the tool has been used 16 times before from this machine (usageCount: 16), so it's not an account/eligibility issue.use_figma is still not appearing. However, get_variable_defs did return live variable data from that node. I can see variable paths but not collection names directly.use_figma is still not showing up. The standard MCP tools can read variable values for a selected node (which worked — I got data back) but they can't enumerate variable collection

This is the most infuriating thing—more often than not, I'm working WITH the variables menu open. And as I'm selecting and unselecting layers using the ESC button, why does it default to closing the variables panel? If I want to close it, I'll just hit the close button. The ESC key is VERY commonly used during a regular workflow—why would opening a variables panel COMPLETELY override it?! Terrible UX for a design tool company :(

We have tried to complete the payment using 4 different cards, but all of them were declined by the system. We kindly request immediate assistance regarding this issue.Even though there is no problem related to us, we constantly receive the error message "your card has been declined". !-->I have finally managed to reproduce this issue.When you have a component with a slot. You can use an instance of that component, add subcomponents to the slot and adjust the width of the subcomponents. But on tab reload, when clicking that width adjusted subcomponent, the width resets to it's last known size before you adjusted it.This can be reproduced in different ways. I created two demos.Demo using pre-filled subcomponents:Create a list-item component   Create main list component, which has a slot with the list-item pre-filled.

Interaction is not working properly. For example, I have an interaction where clicking it should go to the next variant. However, when I hover over it, the variant changes to the hover state even though the interaction is not supposed to trigger on hover.

I hit my monthly cap with 15,000 AI credits and couldn’t get an answer on how to purchase more, so I created another account and gave that account access to work on my project.  I upgraded that account to 15,000 AI credits as well, but even though they were purchased I keep getting a message than I have none remaining.  I figured it was a temporary bug, but it’s now been almost 2 weeks without any change or work completed.  How can I get access to these credits?
