To whom it may concern, This has been an ongoing issue for over three days, but to enumerate the issue I’m having:I attempted to create an account with my college account for a course I am currently taking. On first attempt, I accidentally mistyped my email, yet passed verification, and seemingly Figma sent a verification email to the incorrect address I provided. On second attempt, I entered my correct .edu address, passed the verification captcha, and get immediately returned to the log-in screen with the error message “Your request has failed.” I have now attempted to create my account on 3 browsers (Firefox/Librewolf, Edge, and Brave) with no success. I disconnected my phone from Wi-Fi to attempt to make the account with a new IP, with no success. I attempted to have a classmate create the account for me, so that I could receive the verification email and change the password, and they were met with the same “

Hello.I’ve been trying to use Figma MCP via Claude Code but I can’t seem to authenticate it via browser. Kept returning me a 431 HTTP Error. Any fixes for this? Thanks.  

Double-clicking a text layer won’t let me edit it. The layer is not locked. This issue seemed to be resolved in past for other users, but the solution has not been mentioned in the thread. I am first time coming across this issue. Please guide.

I've submitted a support request, and I see that everyone is getting a response, but my request, which I submitted over 30 minutes ago, hasn't been answered.I have two projects with Figma Make. I'm having a major problem developing a web application with Figma Make. Everything was working perfectly up to version 13, and currently, it's been a waste of tokens with no real solution. I've lost over 348 credits due to this issue, which has only generated more errors. I'm trying to restore my editor view in Figma, but I keep getting an M2 error. I've refreshed the page, cleared cookies for over 24 hours, and restarted my browser and computer, but the problem persists. I don't want to do anything else until I get a solution. I've only been using this product for less than 48 hours, and this problem has already occurred.

I would like to be able to add my entire design system to Figma Make. I have two packages: my component library and my icon library. Both are on different scopes. My component library depends on the icon library and will not work without it. Is there a way we can have the ability to add more than one scope?

My company is on the Professional plan with 'Collab' access. I would like to know if using the 'Anyone with the link can edit' sharing option incurs any extra costs under this plan

During the opening keynote at Schema 2025 (on October 28), the Figma team announced a new left navbar as part of the updated UI, mentioning it would start rolling out the following week.It’s been a few weeks since then, and I’ve already received an app update, but I still don’t see that new sidebar.Is the rollout still in progress, or is there something I need to do to enable it? I submitted Claude Canvas 3 weeks ago, still no updates on timeline. Every time I ask, I get a non-committal vague reply from the support team.  What is going on with their approval process? Figma is become such a bottleneck. Anyone here with recent plugin approval experience? 

Is anyone else having issues with contacting support to resolve issues on their subscription? I’ve reached out to support twice and each time they transfer me to sales but no one follows up. It’s been almost a month of trying to reduce the number of seats on my org subscription before it gets renewed. Any advice on how I can get this resolved ASAP? I really don’t want to get charged again.

Hey all, I am finally getting round to trialing out Code Connect, Figma MCP and the like to see how it all works and if there are any noticeable benefits to these features for my wider team.I had some issues initially setting up, but have finally gotten to the point where I can connect them to GitHub, for testing  purposes I am using the Figma Design System and corresponding coded components. However when connected, I get this error, and I am unsure how to fix it. Has anyone come across this before, and any advice on how to resolve? Thanks!

However, I encountered an error stating, "An invalid image or thumbnail was removed."Could you please advise if upgrading to a paid account would resolve this issue? Hi,I look after a CodeGen plugin, which my designer colleagues use and they have recently started investigating how to integrate Slots into their designs. Hence, I was looking into adding support to our plugin, but am having trouble parsing SlotNode types - as in the type is altogether not present from the plugin-typings? Is this expected, because it’s still in beta? Or have I missed to update something obvious - apologies if I have!The Figma app is showing the type if I log it to the console, I just can’t add any code to manipulate it.I am on v1.123.0 of the plugin typings.Thanks,Lachezar 

I noticed that my Figma app hasn’t received some of the recent updates such as new left navigation bar and Slots for components.I’m using the desktop app, and I also tried installing the beta version, but the features still don’t appear in either version.To troubleshoot, I also reinstalled the application, but the issue remains the same.Are these updates still being rolled out gradually, or could this be related to account permissions, region, or workspace settings?Thanks in advance for your help!
