I’m trying to export a design from the browser client as png, since the pdf is in 1.7 and I can’t export pdf/x. But I always get a .zip with pdf files. Even when I selct jpeg, I get a pdf file. Only happens when I try to export more then one page. If I do it for each page individually, it works.

If my Figma design file is very big and starts to run slowly, what can I do to make it faster?

How do I cancel this subscription?

This also keeps happening to me in the browser - it’s really disruptive.

Hello Figma community! I’m having issues when working with a fixed navigation bar on Figma Sites, particularly when viewing the website from Safari on an iPhone. When scrolling, the content from the website goes underneath the dynamic island (aka notch) correctly. And the navigation bar stays where it should. Still, I can’t figure out a way to “extend” the navigation bar background to cover that area behind the notch. With the design I have, it just makes the navigation bar look bad because it looks like a floating element. Ideally there should be a way to, either extend the background from the navigation bar behind the notch or to set that area to a specific color, like always black, for example. See the screenshots for a more clear view of the issue. I also attach the configuration of the nav bar in Figma. 

How do I use Figma components and their variations to create different visual themes (like dark mode, light mode, brand colors, etc.) without rebuilding everything from scratch?

Is there any black friday discount on subscriptions?

Standing Instructions are set on my credit card(Indian) successfully but the purchase is not getting completed. Stuck with free version. Its surprising that Figma is not able to fix this. Does any know alternative ways to get this membership ? Any resellers of figma accepting payments via Indian cards ? 

It seem that the variable browser inside Figma is getting the wrong value when you hover over an alias. It then gets the value from the first mode, instead of the value for the mode it is referenced in. This error seem to also propagate to the Plugin API for reading the variable values. This file demostrates the issue explained below.“Header padding” in the Medium mode seem to have the value 48 when you hover over it. Which is the value from the Large mode, not the 24 from the Medium mode.However when you apply the value in the design it works as expected and the value is actually 24, when the mode is set to Medium.

I'm encountering a new issue in Figma: Imported or drag-and-dropped images now have an extra space and 1 number added to the end of their filename. This problematic behavior is occurring even with multiple simultaneous drag-and-drops, a method that previously worked correctly without altering the names.  

A problem has been happening to me recently where if I zoom out too much (anywhere between 1%-8%) my zoom gets “stuck”. Doesn’t matter how many times I “command - +”, the only way I can zoom back in is when I click the top right “zoom/view options” and manually click “Zoom in - command - +”. Not the biggest problem in the world, but a distraction enough to get me out of my flow. Has this been happening to anyone else recently?! Please let me know if I should provide a video example as well.

I can't add a new editor to my account. My Tariff is Professional, I also deleted all the unnecessary editors. When the editor requests, I get nothing by email.

I downloaded the Figma app, firstly I downloaded the DMG file, which was only 2 MB. I thought it was just an installer file. But then once I install the app, it just says I need to move it in my apps folder. Afterwards I open the app, it asks me to sign in, so I click, the browser opens. After signing in, I click open app, the button is dead. It doesn’t click, then after 5 seconds it says my session has expired. After going down the rabbit hole I have 1) Cleared Cache, 2) Quit and Restart the app, 3) Confirmed that my internet connection was working (other apps were running fine), 4) Deleted and reinstalled the app, 5) Reached out to Figma support (1 week ago) and nothing. I even thought that the 2 MB file was corrupt or incomplete, so I went to Figma to re download it, and all the buttons on the page are unresponsive. I am not able to rotate gradients when I add the swatches from the Variables, however if they are not linked to the variables there’s no issue.

Hello, our students on our BA programme have been trying to verify their accounts using the option with no email from the college provided (Vakalo Art & Design) and have unfortunately had no luck. Our college does NOT offer students with @vakalo.gr emails as the college professional emails are on Gmail business.There is no option to provide their official student IDs (those are provided), and at this point, they are locked out of their existing accounts, with all their portfolio work out of reach. We are currently at a stall in our academic year because more than 4 modules use Figma as their main tool, which is causing anxiety and frustration among our students.SheerID is really ignoring emails and tickets and have not been helpful.
