I have been experiencing unusual behavior in Figma for several days. When I use Spacebar + mouse to pan, the canvas moves unpredictably in different directions while the spacebar is pressed. Refreshing Figma temporarily resolves the issue, but the glitch reoccurs frequently. I am using Figma Web.

I'm having a problem with the Montserrat font in Figma. Only two weights are available — Regular and Bold — even though Montserrat ships with many more (Thin, Light, Medium, SemiBold, ExtraBold, Black, etc.). The other weights don't show up, so I can't use them in my designs.On top of that, the font seems stuck in my system: I can't uninstall it and I can't reinstall a clean copy either. What I've already tried (Windows 11):- Checked C:\Windows\Fonts and the per-user fonts folder (AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Fonts) — no Montserrat files there- Searched the registry under Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts (both HKCU and HKLM) — no Montserrat entries found- Checked for a Microsoft Store font package — none installed- Deleted my downloaded Montserrat folder and restarted the PC- In Windows font settings the font still appears, but the only option available is "Hide" — there's no Uninstall button, and it shows only 2 stylesAlso happening on macOS: the same issue reproduces — Montserrat b

Hello,  I recently submitted my public OAuth app for review, and have included a testing URL and detailed instructions for the team to test with, but I had a fundamental question about testing - if the app is not approved, that means the OAuth flow will only work for my own account (i.e. the same account that submitted the app). For the OAuth flow to work for any other Figma login, the app has to be published in public mode. If that is the case, how will the review team be able to test the app before it is approved? What am I missing here?

Hi Figma Support, I have a Full seat on a Starter plan and I'm actively using Figma MCP for an app Ul project. 28 I reached the MCP tool-call limit yesterday. The date has changed, but I am still receiving this error: "You've reached the Figma MCP tool call limit on the Starter plan." Could you please check when my MCP quota is supposed to reset and why it has not reset yet? Also, some calls were consumed by failed tool attempts. If possible, please reset or restore my MCP quota so I can continue my project. Thank you.

 As seen in the preview, when you go to the next pages, the images disappear even though I already put all of the images and they are all visible in the editing page, what’s happening?

This is a weird one…I have a component in a library that has variants for sizes, in order from smallest to biggest:Component: variant property order When I insert the component instance in a different Figma file, the order is screwed up, and the smallest option appears at the end: Instance: variant property orderFun part: This only happens if the instance is inserted in a different Figma file. If I insert the component instant (via the Assets tab) in the actual library it is in, this doesn’t happen.And yes, this is the published version of the component. We only found out because a designer asked us to fix the order, but on our side it looked good... 

I have library project with all my components and nesting and everything is there. I have dropdown component with list-atom component which has states (default and hover) and interaction is set to “while hovering” change state to “hover”. When i take the asset and use it in other project the interaction is not propagated and AI says something like “change to is set to null” and the atom is showing properties of parent. How come? Did i do something wrong? Why the interaction can’t be set properly? I tried reseting the whole component, deleting and setting it up again, regenerate all instances (slow) function and nothing helps.

Is this expected behavior, or should Code Connect mappings always take precedence when they exist?2. Are there conditions that determine whether the mapping gets applied — selection scope, whether the node is an instance vs. a frame, caching, etc.?3. Is there a parameter or setting to force Code Connect output consistently?

I am a student at Texas State University. I have been trying for nearly a week to get my account verified yet SheerID won't help. Worst part is they never told me why they couldn't bother helping me verify my account when I reached out to them.

Hi Figma Support,I'm experiencing an issue where left-clicking on objects on the canvas stops working — I can't select objects by clicking on them. The problem occurs both in the Figma desktop app and in the browser version, and it also happens when using the trackpad, so it doesn't seem to be related to my mouse.The bug is intermittent: sometimes clicking works fine, then it stops working for a while, and later starts working again without any obvious pattern. Hi,I just subscribed for Figma Professional, Full seat.AI chat does not work at all; I’ve experienced this on the Figma agent in Figma Design (`srid_0CT4X0C69F24EGKH575BQR1N5`), prompt enhancement in Figma Make before initiation, and the live preview in Figma Make after processing the initation requiest (Live preview failed ID: `srid_Y8J3BYRKA3WT13VF9W5C72NS1`, `srid_9TM8KCSANCZ18Z0VJHS4K2DNZ`).I believe this is a differentiator on the paid plans, no?  How does a company the size of Figma ship defective plans like this, then charge customers?I’d appreciate this issue getting resolved; this is somewhat a frustrating first experience, currently there’s not much justification to not just swtich back to free...Thanks

Hi there,In the confusion of how Full Seats are assigned to teams not individuals, I’ve ended up with two Full Seats across two teams, and so I was hoping I could get some help to trim that down and get a refund for the Full Seat I don’t need!I can share the details of the transaction for the subscription I don’t need, and then I can transfer the future subscription to the account I already have active, which is where I’d like to keep it as all my work is there anyway.Thanks for any help!Charlie Witter

I need to have my full seat running as normal, please. I just paid $20 when I should only be charged as you have described in your subscription plans.
