Hi Figma Support Team😶I previously submitted a request through the Help Center (#1881810) regarding an accidentally added editor seat, but I haven’t received any response yet, so I’m following up here as well.The extra seat was removed immediately after I noticed it. I only intended to keep my existing single Professional plan for personal use and did not mean to add any additional paid editor seats.I also noticed that the upcoming monthly invoice scheduled for May 22 still includes the additional charge:Seat updates – $12.67Could you please review my case and update the invoice before the payment is processed?I would also appreciate any help regarding the refund request for this unintended charge.Thank you for your assistance.

I came across a fun bug today where setting the child of an auto-layout layer made its width increase infinitely.Usually, when setting child layers to fill width, the parent auto-layout layer would auto-switch to a fixed width. However, today, that didn’t happen, and the container kept growing until I manually set it to fixed.See the video.In this case, I have variants for contents (text, number, slot) that I’ve placed in the header cell (but not yet in the body cell), all in the same variant set 

A new bug our design team has just encountered is that our entire design system has been affected by a recent update to stroke/draw. Now our components that use a stroke style at 100% on focus and set it to a style at 0% is now after a year of working, making the the 0% variant shift. Figma now does not hold the space for strokes set to zero using styles while using autolayout. Setting the value to anything above zero make the issue go away. Please fix.

Hello - I transferred ownership of a file to myself, then deleted the old account, and the file seems to have been deleted from my account as well. I am hoping to recover only one file - this just happened about an hour ago.

I asked Make to do some change and the result was not as I expected. I tried to restore previous version but it is not working and now I lost all my work.

I’ve created a template in Figma Make, but it always has an error when trying to use it. I’ve re-created the template a few times and nothing fixes it. The template is composed of two components from our design library (a sidebar and a top navbar). Do templates not work with library components for some reason?  

I have been experimenting with the Variable Modes and i could figure most things out but i feel like this one might be a bug since i coulndt find anything about it - But just in case i wanted to ask here first.I created a Collection with 3 Modes, that change colors, Text content and now its supposed to change the Font Type and size of the Headline.This works perfectly fine in the Workspace, but when i check the prototype the Font wont change. Furthermore, when i loop back to the first font the innate Font is changed to Inter. In case its relevant - I loop the Modes by having a seperate colltecion with one number. The button sets number to number+1 (until it hits 4, then it resets to 1) an

ok so i had a picture that i want to make become one color, so i use rectangle put it on top and mask it feature. But then when i want to offset this, it become like this (because its rectangle) is there anyway i can make it follow the shape?

Issue Description: I am experiencing a consistent issue with the "Copy Design" button in Figma Make. After generating a design, clicking "Copy Design" and pasting it into the Figma canvas frequently results in a blank frame.Details: Reproducibility: Highly consistent (nearly 100% reproduction rate). Success Rate: Only about 1 out of 20 attempts successfully pastes the design. The rest all result in empty frames. Actual Result: An empty frame is pasted without any layers or content. Expected Result: The complete generated design should be pasted into the Figma file.   

Prototypes embedded in Figma Slides no longer allow full vertical scrolling during presentation, even though vertical scrolling works correctly when the prototype is played directly. This appears to be a regression, as the same slides and prototypes worked previously. Whats happening: In the past, I’ve been able to embed interactive prototypes into Figma Slides and present them with full vertical scrolling enabled.Today, I created a new slide deck and added a prototype, but the vertical canvas scroll does not work as expected during slide presentation, despite working correctly when the prototype is played on its own.After noticing this, I went back and checked older slide decks where this behavior previously worked, and I’m now seeing the same scrolling issue there as well. Current behaviour for me:Scrolling only works within the initial height that was load

Hi, I want to duplicate a file but doing so doesn’t duplicate version history. A newly duplicated file has no history at all. Is there any way to export version history or make it duplicate as well along with the file?If Figma doesn’t provide such a functionality is there any plugin you can recommend? I have a quite big files with around 500 versions and “Figma Comments & Version History Exporter” plugin seems to support only small files (around 200 versions looks to be the limit). Cheers

is there a probleme with animation? i just finish my interaction and then when i go to the preview i find it repeating itself without me giving the command… even the repetition process happens quickly

Good evening everyone,Just a quick question as I am new to Figma Design. I am creating a scrollstory for my class that essentially is leading the user North via a compass. The problem I am currently having is you can only scroll from top to bottom, from A-Z, which is the norm. The question I have is, is it possible to reverse the scroll direction? Could I build my frame from Z-A and fixate a starting point on the bottom frame, Z, to have the user only scroll up towards A? Thank you for any and all answer/advice/suggestions,Very respectfully,Keenan D.

Hello! Why is the support or sales team is not getting back to me? I created a website which was in the press last week but is not working properly. This is not a good time for problems…for 2 weeks now there is no answer. I need help with Google Search Console meaning you need to upload the google file I sent to you so the website can be found!! Also I ran out of credits because no one helped me to fix a problem and it took therefore all credits to finally get it done myself. But now the website is not working correcty until May 24th. As I have recently re-enrolled in the academy, I intended to use the service again. Hi Figma team,I submitted my plugin Mediaquad DAM for review a few weeks ago, and it’s still showing as “In Review”. So far, I haven’t received any feedback, requests for changes, or updates on its status.I understand that review times can vary and that the team is likely handling a high volume of submissions. However, the lack of any communication makes it difficult to understand whether everything is progressing normally or if something might be blocking the process.I also tried reaching out through the support chatbot, but it seems to loop without creating a ticket or escalating to a human. Hi everyone,We’re running into serious performance issues on one of our Figma files and I’m curious if others have experienced something similar.As soon as 2 or more people are working in the file at the same time, performance drops dramatically. Everything becomes extremely laggy — selecting layers, moving elements, typing, navigating… it all slows down to the point where it’s barely usable.What’s confusing is that the file itself doesn’t seem particularly heavy:Memory usage is around 6% No massive image assets or obvious performance killers The structure is relatively clean and organizedDespite that, real-time collaboration is basically impossible for us right now.
