Hello,I am writing to request a refund for an unexpected automatic renewal charge that was made on July 12.I intended to purchase and use Figma for only one month, and I did not believe that automatic renewal was enabled. However, I was charged again automatically on July 12. This renewal was not intentional, and I had no plan to continue using the service.I have not used Figma at all after this charge was made. I’m experiencing an issue where some layers or component instances randomly change position after copying and pasting an entire screen/frame from one page to another within the same Figma file.For example, I have a mobile screen on the [design] mobile page that contains a Home Indicator component from Apple’s UI Kit. The indicator is correctly positioned at the bottom of the screen. After copying the entire screen and pasting it into the [dev] mobile page, the Home Indicator unexpectedly jumps to a completely different position near the top of the screen.This happens more frequently with locked layers or component instances, but I have also seen the same issue occur with layers that are not locked.The parent frame keeps the same size and overall structure, but some nested elements are repositioned during the copy/paste operation.Steps to reproduce:Create or use a frame containing nested components or locked layers. Copy the entire frame. Switch to another page in the same Figma file. P

I'm trying to make my design responsive, but I'm running into an issue. When I preview it in Responsive Present mode, there's a large blank space appearing between some of my frames. However, when I preview it in the normal Present mode (without responsiveness), everything looks exactly the same as it does on the canvas. I'm not sure what's causing the extra blank space in the responsive preview.pls help!! thank you in advance!

In my prototype, the frame has Vertical scrolling. Header and Bottom Navigation are fixed. The header stays visible but the fixed Bottom Navigation disappears completely. If I disable 'Fix position when scrolling', the Bottom Navigation appears normally. A simple test in a new frame works. Why does this happen?

I'm reporting an unauthorized billing charge caused by an automatic seat upgrade.On June 2, 2026, I subscribed to the Professional plan with 1 Collab seat on an annual billing cycle (JP¥5,940). After that, my Collab seat was automatically upgraded to a Full seat without any confirmation dialog or explicit consent. Hi everyone - yesterday I ran into a FigmaMake warning when trying to run a prompt telling me "Couldn't summarize chat history, try again later" -- error code: 8cd2987f-7f38-4a23-8dda-797192746e1f -- screenshot below. For context, this happened to me about an hour after a coworker came to me with the same error. They were able to resolve it by duplicating the FigmaMake file and re-running the prompt, however I have tried everything I can find on the webs (which isn’t much) and a lot of other troubleshooting attempts beyond that to see if I can get past it.My last ditch attempt was deleting about 200 .md files from the Imports folder that were attachments from many of my prior prompts. That still didn’t do the trick. I’m at a loss. More context: I’m on version 1248 of the Make file, using the Opus 4.8 model, the prototype is about 18MB with ~600 files.Any and all help is appreciated!! Thanks all

While I working in a file, I suddenly saw a red error banner that said "Someone Revoked Your Access to This File" and the file closed. I tried reopening the file and it would show the same error and then close the file.I quit Figma and then relaunched it. I tried opening the file again and it seems to be open and running fine now. Just wanted to report this in case there’s a bug.

I am really struggling with the new animation layout and would love an option to hide or disable it, as I do not use animation in my workflow.Additionally, I am having trouble with the Scale tool. Hitting K no longer brings up the panel, making it difficult to scale elements proportionally. The only available option seems to be the Transform tool, but using it adds unwanted keyframes to my elements.

Arrow key auto-plays videos instead of just navigating pages — anyone else?Hey all, I know this has come up before on here, but I noticed it's been quiet for a while so figured I'd bring it back up because it's such an annoying glitch.I just finished designing my portfolio in Figma, with multiple videos on each page (some autoplay silently, others need a click to play and have sound).When presenting, the arrow key doesn't just move to the next page like you'd expect  - it also plays whatever videos are on the current page. So I end up with multiple videos playing with sound before I've even moved on.Has anyone found a workaround? I can't really share my portfolio like this… seems like such a basic thing to still be broken. Would love to know if Figma's aware of it or if there's a fix in the works. Thanks

what is the correct way to manage easing and time variables in the design system? On config they introduced it as 3 modes: Expressive, Smooth and standard and the name column showed the parameters of easing and timing. I think it should be in groups such as enter and exit; and if so, what should be their parameters? thanks! 

Figma Motion is a great feature, and I know it's still in beta. However, please fix this issue the current time input box overlaps other UI elements, which affects usability.

I have a design system with all my variables and aliases in my Light Mode. Sometimes I encounter situations where an entire component needs to be the ‘success’ colors or the ‘error’ colors. I don’t want to create a new ‘success’ mode just for modal headers and alerts but I also don't want to create a large set of variables when all that changes are the color themes. Does anyone know any way to do this easily? How are we solving for it?

Hard to contact Figma Singapore, I gave my number to Figma Headquarters to forward to Singapore office and yet no contact has been made yet inspite of sending emails ang "contact us" submissions.

I really wish there was a way to export my transcript from figma make. If I am a non technical user, I need to be able to extract this transcript from time to time, to give to another AI to help evaluate what I am doing, and to document my process. There is a lot to learn from the process.  For the past hour I have been trying to copy and paste the content, but that wont work either.  I highlight huge chunks of the convo, but the way the page is structured,  only 10% of what I highlight can i paste into a document. Its a real pain!  At least let your agent see the convo transcript so we can talk through what we made before ,and the agent can talk about different versions and see back into the project history!

I wanted to check if there is, or could be, a way to revert to a previous version with selective changes only.For example, if Version 7 included five prompted changes and we are currently on Version 9, can we retain only a few specific changes from Version 7 while excluding the others, without having to restore the full version and then remove unwanted changes through additional prompts?Similarly, is it possible to select and combine specific changes from multiple previous versions, especially when each version contains individual updates?A few related questions and considerations: Since Figma currently restores the full selected version, how many changes should ideally be included in a single prompt for better efficiency and easier version control?
