When I try to generate a new prototype using Figma Make based off an existing Figma design, I receive an error “"Some images in your design are too large to upload. Try using smaller or fewer images." regardless of how small or large the Figma frame I am uploading is. I even tried uploading a frame with one single button, still got this error.

I'm building a web app in Figma Make and trying to set a custom favicon. I've tried two approaches so far: Adding <link rel="icon"> tags directly to index.html — but a favicon diagnostic tool confirms these tags aren't appearing in the served HTML, suggesting Figma Make generates its own HTML wrapper that overrides index.html. Placing favicon files in the /public folder — the diagnostic tool confirms /public files ARE served (it found favicon.ico at the root), but I can only create text-based files through the Figma Make code editor, not upload binary .png or .ico files. Is there a supported way to upload a custom binary favicon (PNG or ICO) to a Figma Make project? Hello, I submitted my plugin to Figma Community, and it has remained in In review for about a month. I have not received any email to my Figma account email about approval, rejection, or next steps. Could you please check whether my submission is still being reviewed and whether any action is needed from my side?

There is currently no way to reassign an existing Slot property to a new or incorrectly assigned frame without fully destroying the component and losing all slot content in published instances.**Steps to reproduce the issue**1. Create a component set with a Slot property (e.g., "Slot ID3") assigned to a specific frame.2. Publish the library and use the component in multiple files, populating the slot with content.3. Later, need to reassign "Slot ID3" to a different frame within the same component (e.g., after restructuring the component layout).4. There is no "reassign" option. The only available path is:   a. HiMy account ([redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]) still shows starter plan instead of the professional plan. I verified through sheer ID in which it was approve but still shows the account in starter plan. I tried to re verify but keeps says exceeded the limits for verification. Hi Figma team,I submitted my plugin Orbital Variables Editor  for review about a month ago and it's still showing as "In Review". No feedback, no rejection, no requests for changes — just silence.I understand review times can vary and that the team is working through a high volume of submissions. I've seen similar threads here recently. What's making this harder is the support experience itself:I tried reaching out through the support chatbot and it loops on itself. It doesn't open a ticket, doesn't escalate, and doesn't hand off to a human. I've sent emails too and only received automated replies from the AI support agent. Hello! I have been trying to be a big advocate for Slots at our organization, and I have been enjoying the flexibility they bring. That said, there are some interaction aspects of Slots that are making the overall experience of using Figma worse. These seem like a Bug.The one I want to point out there is “selecting other elements becomes harder when a Slot is in place”. When trying to select layers on a totally different frame or section, if there is a Slot in a component “under” those layers on a different frame, dragging a box out selects both groups of items, which doesn’t make any sense to me.If you take that same scenario and detach the component, the problem no longer exists. This seems like an inconsistency with how Slots are architected in Figma, or something. Really frustrating!The recording below perfectly demonstrates this issue.

Curious how others handle this, when you need to send a large batch of exported assets, final screens, or a full brand kit to a client who doesn't use Figma, Drive, or Dropbox, what do you actually do?Email is obviously out for anything above a few MB. I've tried WeTransfer but the free limit is too low for video prototypes and full export sets. Asking clients to sign up for yet another tool is always awkward.What I've been using lately is TransferSecure (transfersecure.ai), 5 GB free, recipient doesn't need an account, and you get a notification when they've actually downloaded it, which helps for following up. Has password protection too for sensitive brand assets.But curious if others have found better solutions or if there's a workflow inside Figma itself I'm missing.

I’m experiencing a persistent copy–paste issue in Figma.Whenever I copy frames or components from Figma Make to a Figma Design project, the layout gets distorted — spacing changes, auto-layout breaks, and typography styles don’t map correctly.If anyone has faced this and found a reliable solution, please share. I have successfully uploaded images in Figma Make numerous times but today, i’m trying to upload an image to replace an old one on our Figma Make site and the image will not show up, it’s showing broken despite trying dozens of times. The AI tool is now telling me I can’t upload an image using the “Upload an image” feature built into the chat which is what i’ve used before, and that I need to upload it through the asset library which I’ve never done before and have no idea where it is. I did upload it to my account and provided the embed code and that didn’t work either. i’ve gone through thousands of credits troubleshooting this with the tool. So frustrating. 

Hey there everyone.I have some questions about offboarding best practices. My workplace has an Enterprise + license and we’re looking at what the best process is when we need to offboard users when they leave the company. I know that users can be the admins of Workspaces, as well as owners/admins of teams, projects and files so I’m curious what the best order is to check  as we do transfer of ownership to the users who will take over for them like a handover. In my mind it would be to check that user’s file ownership first to get them to transfer any ownership to others then looking at transferring ownership of projects, teams and workspace admin rights. Keen to see how others have managed this,Cheers

Hello everyone!Are there any options that add gray to white shapes on export?I’m trying to export some designgs from figma, but they are spoiled by gray pixels in (I guess) partially visible positions. To make it clear I’m trying a really simple shape now. It’s just a 50x12 rectangle with 12px border radius. I looks great in Figma:All correct in FigmaBut after export I get some grayed pixels: Export is spoiledI can’t get correct output I need. Any suggestions please?Thanks for any assistance!
