I got no answer from the official support, so I’ll ask here: is there a way to prevent existing members to approve other users’ requests?
I’m the admin of my org, I keep seeing new editor seats I didn’t approve.
How is that possible?!

Afaik not possible and this forum is full of users complaining about it.
Only owners/admins to grant editor status + new editor seat(s) warning - #10 by styles (see comments)

Im having this same issue, Im seeing non admin giving other users a full design seat. Diasbled 5 this morning.
